The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela to appear at its Delhi office on September 16 in the 1xBet online betting case. Former Trinamool Congress MP Mimi Chakraborty has also been called on September 15 in connection with the case. ED sources confirmed both have been asked to cooperate with the investigation. The probe has already questioned several high-profile individuals, including cricketers Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan was questioned for eight hours over his alleged link to the betting app through endorsements. The central government recently banned real-money online gaming through new legislation. (PC: X)
