A Delhi court sent 38-year-old Gaganpreet Kaur, accused in the BMW crash that killed Finance Ministry official Navjot Singh, to two days of judicial custody. Singh, Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, died after his motorcycle was hit near Dhaula Kuan while returning from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara with his wife, who was seriously injured. Police are probing why the victims were taken to a hospital 19 km away, reportedly linked to the accused’s family. Investigators are also checking possible tampering with her medical records.
