Football legend Lionel Messi has reportedly sent Prime Minister Narendra Modi a signed Argentina 2022 FIFA World Cup jersey for his 75th birthday. Sports promoter Satadru Dutta said Messi also wished well for Indian fans. The delivery has not yet been officially confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Office or Messi. Messi will tour India from December 13-15, starting in Kolkata, followed by Mumbai and New Delhi. Events are planned at Salt Lake Stadium, Wankhede, and Feroz Shah Kotla.
