India defeated Oman by 21 runs in the Asia Cup 2025 at Abu Dhabi, registering their third straight victory in Group A. Batting first, India scored 188/8 with Sanju Samson making 56 runs and skipper Suryakumar Yadav (Sky) sacrificing his batting spot to give teammates game time. In reply, Oman managed 167/4 in 20 overs, with Aamir Kaleem hitting a fifty. Arshdeep Singh made history by becoming the first Indian bowler to take 100 T20I wickets, achieving the mark in just 64 matches, the fastest by any pacer.
