Khalistani Extremist Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Pannun Aide And Nijjar Successor, Arrested In Canada For Possessing Illegal Firearms

Inderjeet Singh Gosal, a top aide of designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, has been arrested in Whitby, Ontario, for possessing unlicensed firearms and careless use of a handgun. Gosal, 36, organised Khalistan referendum rallies in Canada and became prominent after the 2023 killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He appeared in court with associates Arman Singh and Jagdeep Singh. Gosal previously faced assault charges linked to a 2024 temple attack. The arrest comes days after India and Canada agreed to strengthen counter-terrorism cooperation.
