At the 2025 Asian Aquatics Championships in Ahmedabad, India achieved a historic feat in diving. Manipuri duo Indiver Sairem and Willson Ningthoujam secured bronze in the men’s synchronized 10m platform, marking India’s first diving medal at this continental event. Alongside this, swimmer Srihari Nataraj added two silver medals and helped India to a relay bronze, contributing to a record haul of 13 medals — India’s best performance ever at the tournament.
