Two men have been detained after a car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort killed eight people on Monday evening. Police identified them as Salman from Gurugram and Devender from Okhla, the former owners of the white Hyundai i20 that exploded. Gurugram Police said the car was first registered to Salman, who sold it to Devender about 18 months ago. The car may have later changed hands again in Ambala. Both men are being questioned to trace the full chain of ownership. Investigators have not yet confirmed any terror links. Home Minister Amit Shah said all angles are being investigated. (PC: HT)
