Hyundai i20 in Delhi Blast Was Sold to Man From Kashmir’s Pulwama: Police

Police said the Hyundai i20 that exploded near Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday, killing eight people, was once owned by a man from Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama. The original owner, Mohd Salman from Gurugram, told police he had sold the car to a man named Tariq from Pulwama. Investigators are checking if Tariq later sold it again. The car, bearing number HR26 CE 7674, exploded near Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort Metro Station at 6:52 pm. The blast also damaged several vehicles. Home Minister Amit Shah has briefed Prime Minister Modi and ordered a detailed probe. (PC: NDTV)
