In Bhutan, PM Modi Vows Action Over Delhi Blast: ‘Those Who Plotted This Will Not Be Spared’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, speaking in Bhutan’s capital Thimphu, vowed strict action against those behind the Delhi Red Fort blast. Thirteen people were killed when a car exploded near Red Fort on Monday evening. Modi said he was in touch with agencies through the night and promised that the conspirators would not be spared. Defence minister Rajnath Singh also assured that the culprits will face the harshest punishment. Delhi Police has registered an FIR under the UAPA and Explosives Act.
