New CCTV footage has shown the alleged Delhi suicide bomber, Dr Umar Mohammad, at the Badarpur toll plaza on Monday morning. He was seen wearing a mask and collecting a receipt while driving the Hyundai i20 used in the Red Fort blast. The car crossed the toll at 8:13 am and was later spotted in Okhla before reaching the Red Fort area. It was parked near the monument for hours before exploding around 6:30 pm, killing at least nine people and injuring over 20. Investigators said Mohammad never left the car, fearing the explosives inside might be discovered.
