Bollywood singer Palak Muchhal has entered the Guinness World Records for helping fund 3,800 heart surgeries for children from poor families. Through the Palak-Palash Charitable Foundation, which she runs with her brother Palash, she uses all her concert earnings to support life-saving operations. Her charity work began in childhood after seeing underprivileged kids struggling during a train journey. Over the years, she has raised crores through concerts to save young lives. Her husband, composer Mithoon, also supports her mission. Palak said even when funds fall short, surgeries never stop. Her efforts also earned recognition in the Limca Book of Records.
