Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the city is “in shock” after the Red Fort car blast that killed 13 people on Monday evening. She announced ₹10 lakh compensation for the families of those who died, ₹5 lakh for the permanently disabled, and ₹2 lakh for the seriously injured. “The Delhi government stands firmly with every affected family,” she said on X, adding that medical care will be provided to all victims. The blast occurred near the Lal Quila Metro Station and set several cars on fire. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is probing the case from all possible angles. (PC: ANI, Hindustan Times)
