A white Hyundai i20 (registration HR 26 CE 7674) that exploded near the Red Fort in Delhi — killing nine people — was first spotted at Connaught Place and later at Mayur Vihar on November 10 before being parked at the lot of the Sunehri Masjid in Chandni Chowk. The vehicle had reportedly stood unused on the grounds of Al Falah University from October 29 to November 10 and was later found next to a car linked to key suspects in the case. Investigators indicated the explosion involved high-grade military explosives and may have been triggered accidentally when the IED was improperly assembled. (PC: NDTV)
