The network, led by doctors, planned logistics and explosives for the attack. Sources say Dr Umar Nabi and Imam Irfan Ahmad Wagah met through these groups, which promoted extremist ideas. A Turkey trip became a turning point when the module took shape. After returning, members spread across India for recruitment and coordination.
