Investigators have found that the Delhi blast suspects planned a 26/11-style terror attack targeting major landmarks like Red Fort, India Gate, and Gauri Shankar Temple. The module, linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed, had prepared over 200 IEDs to strike Delhi, Gurugram, and Faridabad. Sources said the group aimed to create communal tension by attacking religious sites. Several doctors from Jammu and Kashmir, including Shaheen Saeed and Muzammil Shakeel, used their medical cover to avoid suspicion. The Red Fort blast on November 10 killed nine people and injured many. The doctors had stored explosives in rented rooms in Faridabad. (PC: NDTV)
