Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the survivors of the Red Fort car blast at Delhi’s Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital on Wednesday. The visit came immediately after his return from a two-day trip to Bhutan. The blast near Red Fort on Monday left 10 people dead and over 20 injured. Sources said the Prime Minister personally met the injured, spoke with them, and wished them a quick recovery. He was also briefed by doctors and officials about their condition and the ongoing treatment. Security around the hospital was tightened during the Prime Minister’s visit. (PC: India Today)
