The blast occurred around 6:50 pm on Netaji Subhash Marg, triggering panic in the busy area. The government called it a “heinous terror incident” and ordered a high-level probe. Investigators believe the car was driven by Dr Umar Nabi, linked to a Jaish-e-Mohammad module earlier busted in Faridabad. Officials say the explosion happened in panic after police raids.
