A catastrophic blast ripped through the Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar, killing nine and injuring around 29–32 people. The explosion occurred while forensic teams and police were extracting samples from over 360 kg of explosives seized earlier in a terror‑module case tied to Faridabad.
