Narendra Modi hailed the sweeping win by the National Democratic Alliance in Bihar as a landmark victory, declaring it has ushered in a new “M–Y” formula of Mahila and Youth, countering what he labelled the old “communal M–Y” (Muslim–Yadav) model associated with “jungle raj”.
