Nitish Kumar, the outgoing Chief Minister of Bihar and JD(U) leader, is set to submit his resignation to the Governor on 17 November, clearing the way for a new government under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). NDA allies are holding legislative-party meetings to appoint their leader and finalise the cabinet.
