In the ongoing investigation into the Delhi Red Fort car blast, authorities have uncovered alleged ties between Al-Falah University in Faridabad and Mirza Shadab Baig, one of the 2008 Ahmedabad serial blasts accused. Investigators say extremists linked to Baig had earlier collaborated with Al-Falah affiliates. The probe has widened: the Enforcement Directorate recently arrested Al-Falah’s chairman, Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, for money laundering.
