Smriti Mandhana’s wedding celebrations faced another shock on Sunday. Her father was taken to a hospital after showing heart attack-like symptoms. Doctors said his chest pain was due to angina and his cardiac enzymes were high. He is under close watch and may need angiography if his condition gets worse. Soon after, Smriti’s fiancé, music composer Palash Muchhal, also fell ill. He was rushed to a private hospital with a viral infection and acidity.
