US President Donald Trump said “something good” may be happening in Ukraine peace talks, but warned people to wait before trusting any “big progress”. His remarks came after US and Ukraine officials met in Geneva to revise the peace plan. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said the main problem is Russia’s demand for legal recognition of land it has taken. He said borders cannot be changed by force. European leaders welcomed some progress but said key issues remain. They also stressed that Ukraine alone must decide its future. Russia said it has not yet seen any updated proposal.
