At least 13 people have been killed and 15 injured in a major fire engulfing apartment blocks in Hong Kong's Tai Po district. More than 700 firefighters are battling the blaze at Wang Fuk Court, which houses approximately 4,600 residents. The fire has been classified as level five, the most serious designation in Hong Kong.
