Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused the BJP of misusing India’s institutions and undermining the electoral system. Speaking at an event in Berlin, he alleged that agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate and the Central Bureau of Investigation were being used to target political opponents while sparing those linked to the ruling party. Gandhi also repeated claims that elections in Haryana and Maharashtra were unfair and said the Election Commission failed to address concerns. The Bharatiya Janata Party rejected the remarks, accusing Gandhi of speaking against India while abroad.
