Police in Bangladesh have arrested three men for the killing of Hindu businessman Khokon Chandra Das. He was beaten, stabbed and set on fire by a mob on December 31. Das died on Saturday after three days of treatment in Dhaka. The arrests were made by the Rapid Action Battalion in Kishoreganj district. Officials said the suspects have past criminal records. Das was attacked near his shop while returning home. His family has demanded strict punishment. The killing has raised fresh concerns over attacks on minorities in the country. (PC: ITG)
