Yellow Snow Warning Issued for Eastern England as Over 70 Areas Face Flood Risk and Travel Disruption

Fresh snow warnings have been issued for parts of eastern England as flooding risks continue in more than 70 areas. The Met Office placed a yellow snow alert from 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Rain is expected to turn into sleet and snow in some regions. Travel disruption is possible. Slushy snow of up to 4cm may fall in parts of Norfolk and Lincolnshire. The Environment Agency said 74 flood warnings and 162 alerts remain in place. About 330 homes and businesses have flooded. Officials urged people to stay alert as heavy showers, hail and thunder are also forecast. (PC: PA)
