The World Health Organization has raised concern over attacks on health facilities in Iran. It said over 20 sites have been hit since March 1. Hospitals, labs, and drug factories were damaged. At least nine health workers have died. Services for patients have been disrupted. The Pasteur Institute in Tehran was also badly damaged. It can no longer provide key health services. WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus urged all sides to protect medical sites. He said health workers and patients must be kept safe. The ongoing conflict is putting millions at risk and weakening the country’s health system and emergency response capacity.
