Delhi Police has foiled a major terror plot by dismantling an ISI-linked espionage network, arresting 11 individuals across Delhi and Punjab. The module, connected to Babbar Khalsa International, used encrypted apps to communicate with Pakistan-based handlers. Authorities recovered solar-powered CCTV cameras transmitting live feeds from sensitive defence locations, along with pistols and ammunition. The network was funded via UPI and illegal arms smuggling. Additional arrests in Punjab revealed reconnaissance of Army installations. Officials said the group was also radicalising youth and planning grenade attacks, which have now been averted. Investigations continue to uncover the wider conspiracy and remaining operatives.
