Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake congratulated Chandrasekar Joseph Vijay on being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, highlighting the deep historical, cultural and economic ties between Sri Lanka and the southern Indian state.
