UK PM Rishi Sunak visited Delhi's Akshardham Temple on Sunday morning with his wife Akshata Murty during his India trip for the G20 Summit. Sunak was seen in a white shirt and black trousers while Akshata wore Indian traditional attire during their visit to the temple. The couple offered ‘puja’ inside the temple and also had an overview of the sprawling spiritual complex showcasing India's ancient architecture and heritage. Temple leaders conveyed a special message from spiritual head Mahant Swami Maharaj to the UK PM. Sunak had earlier stated that he is a “proud Hindu” during his visit to India.
