Former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has backed Royal Challengers Bengaluru to win the IPL 2026 title, calling them the favourites ahead of the final against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. Ashwin said RCB's consistent performances, aggressive approach and experienced players have made them the team to beat this season. While acknowledging Gujarat Titans' strong record at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ashwin said home conditions are the only major advantage for Shubman Gill's side.
