FIFA has signed a broadcasting agreement with Zee Entertainment Enterprises for India coverage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, ending a prolonged rights sale process in one of the tournament’s last major unsold markets. The deal was announced just 10 days before the competition begins across the United States, Canada and Mexico on June 11. While financial details were not disclosed, previous reports indicated FIFA had significantly reduced its asking price during negotiations.
