US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor said Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the United States for the G20 Summit in December. He also said US President Donald Trump is expected to visit India next year after the US midterm elections. "We would love to have him back here. I know he's coming in December for the G20," Gor said. He added that both countries are close to finalising an interim trade agreement. Gor also said India and the US are working to strengthen trade, investment, and cooperation through the Quad in the Indo-Pacific region.
