Fort Worth Fan Immy Khan Named as FIFA World Cup’s 50 Millionth Match Attendee

The FIFA World Cup crossed a historic milestone as Fort Worth resident Immy Khan became the tournament’s 50 millionth match attendee after entering Dallas Stadium for Spain’s Round of 16 clash against Portugal. Khan, attending his ninth match of the 2026 World Cup, was honoured by former Spain captain Carles Puyol and Portugal legend Pepe with a ceremonial ticket. FIFA said cumulative attendance across all World Cups since 1930 reached 50,020,653, while the ongoing 2026 edition has drawn over 6.07 million fans through 93 matches.
