Israel has said it has no interest in joining the United States' military campaign against Iran. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said the current situation works in Israel's favour, as the US is already putting military and economic pressure on Iran. He said Israel does not want to become directly involved in the fighting for now. Experts say staying out could help Israel avoid retaliation and save military resources. However, Israel said its position could change if Iran poses a direct threat. The comments also come amid reports of growing differences between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. (PC: Reuters)
