At least 12 Palestinians were killed in three Israeli strikes across Gaza on Tuesday, according to local medics. Six members of one family died after their apartment in Gaza City was hit. The victims included a couple and their four children. The Israeli military said it targeted a Hamas operative and is reviewing the outcome of the strike. Two other attacks killed six more people in Gaza City. The UN condemned the recent rise in Israeli attacks, saying civilians continue to face danger despite the ceasefire.
