Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) chief Abhijeet Dipke on Tuesday warned the government of another large-scale protest, alleging that students involved in the NEET agitation were being harassed by police. In a post on X, Dipke claimed authorities had launched a "witch-hunt" against students and demanded that the alleged action stop immediately. "If the witch-hunting of students is not stopped, we will organise a massive peaceful protest," he said. The warning comes days after the CJP suspended its demonstrations following the resignation of former Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the NEET paper leak controversy. (PC: India Today)
