UEFA's 55 member associations have voted to boycott FIFA competitions if FIFA approves a plan to sell stakes in the World Cup and other tournaments to private investors. The decision came after an emergency meeting on Thursday. CONCACAF has also rejected the proposal. FIFA President Gianni Infantino wants to create a new commercial company and allow minority private investment. The plan needs approval from FIFA's member associations.
