India's Commonwealth Games boxing celebrations in Glasgow took an unexpected turn after Olympic medallist Lovlina Borgohain objected to an inaccurate map of India displayed at an Indian restaurant. Lovlina, who is from Assam, said the map printed on napkins and displayed outside the restaurant omitted the Northeast, calling it "hurtful." She politely urged the management to correct the depiction. Boxing Federation of India president Ajay Singh also noted that Jammu and Kashmir was not fully represented and asked the restaurant to replace the map. The incident came after India completed its best-ever Commonwealth Games boxing campaign with a record 7 gold medals. (PC: India Today)
