The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has responded to RTI activist Amit Tiwari’s complaint seeking an investigation into founder Abhijeet Dipke’s family finances. Party spokesperson Vaishnavi Gaur questioned why similar scrutiny was not directed at the PM CARES Fund. Earlier, Dipke said his education at Boston University was funded through a scholarship and an education loan, rejecting allegations of unexplained wealth. Tiwari has approached multiple authorities seeking probes into Dipke’s family assets, CJP’s legal status and its funding. CJP has maintained that its finances are transparent and said future activities will be funded through public crowdfunding. (PC: X)
