Several women who participated in the CJP-led protests over the NEET paper leak have alleged they faced online abuse, doxxing and character attacks after the demonstrations ended. A report said social media accounts circulated cropped and AI-manipulated images of women protesters while urging people to identify or report them. Mumbai-based model Rhiya Ahir said she filed a police complaint over alleged harassment and defamation. Women protesters from Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata claimed they were targeted for their clothing, profession and opinions. Rights activists said similar online campaigns have followed previous mass protests in India. (PC: The Print)
