The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side did not attend the post-match presentation ceremony, while coach Amol Muzumdar said India were officially champions and that the trophy did not matter. Sri Lanka accepted their runners-up cheque from Naqvi, while their players received medals from SLC interim chief Eran Wikramaratne.
