Markets regulator SEBI has settled proceedings against five Adani Group companies over alleged disclosure violations. The companies are Adani Enterprises, Adani Green Energy, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business and Adani Energy Solutions. Together, they paid ₹1.50 crore to settle the proceedings. SEBI said the cases followed its examination of corporate governance and related-party transaction issues raised in the Hindenburg report. Adani Enterprises paid ₹76.05 lakh, while Adani Green Energy paid ₹45.50 lakh. The other three companies paid ₹9.75 lakh each. SEBI had earlier settled cases involving Adani Ports and Adani Power. The regulator closed these proceedings after receiving the settlement amounts.
