A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel allegedly opened fire on his colleagues at a camp in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district on Tuesday, killing four people, including an officer. The incident took place around 6.40 pm at the Sewa Power Project in Mashka village, Basohli, following an argument, according to sources. The victims were identified as Assistant Commandant Ankit Kumar Pandey, Sub-Inspector Lakshman Singh and constables Rafiq Ahmed and Sandeep Kumar. The injured personnel were taken to a hospital in Himachal Pradesh, where they later died. The suspected shooter, Head Constable Avdesh Kumar Singh, was arrested.
