India won two gold medals on Day 11 of the 2026 Asian Games on September 29, taking its medal tally past the 50-mark in Nagoya. Neeru Dhanda made history by winning gold in the women’s individual trap shooting event, becoming the first Indian woman to claim individual Asian Games gold in the discipline. India’s women’s 4x400m relay team, comprising Kiran Pahal, Machettira Poovamma, Prachi and Vithya Ramraj, won the second gold in 3:29.69. Gulveer Singh and Pooja Singh added athletics bronzes.
