Indian National Dies After Houthi Attack on Riyadh Airport, 11 Indians Among Injured

An Indian national died on Sunday after a missile attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 10. The Indian Embassy confirmed the death and said 11 Indians were among more than 300 people injured in the attack. The Embassy expressed condolences and assured the deceased’s family of support in repatriating his remains. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also offered condolences and promised assistance. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi identified the victim as Mohammad Yousuf Ali and said his wife and 2 children were injured. India condemned the attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure.
