CCTV footage released by Saudi state television captured panic at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport after a missile struck the premises on Saturday. Travellers, including pilgrims heading to Islam’s two holiest sites, were seen waiting to board flights before a bright orange flash triggered a frantic scramble for safety. The footage, compiled from several airport locations, also showed sections of the roof apparently caving in. The attack, claimed by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, heightened security concerns as regional tensions escalated. The incident comes amid broader threats and attacks involving Saudi Arabia and regional actors, although the supplied report does not provide a complete casualty count or detailed damage assessment.
