Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna defended the company’s innovative approach as its first all-electric car, the Luce, made its India debut in New Delhi on October 17, 2026. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Vigna said true innovation requires pushing boundaries rather than simply following public opinion. The Luce features four electric motors producing 1,035 horsepower and a 122 kWh battery, with a claimed range of approximately 529 km. Despite criticism of its design, Vigna expressed confidence in the vehicle.
