Complaints surfaced on social media, particularly on the r/iOS subreddit, where users reported that old, deleted images, including sensitive content, had mysteriously reappeared. Some users, even those who never used iCloud, experienced this issue. Apple's policy states that deleted photos should be permanently removed after 30 days, but the update seems to have bypassed this. Apple has yet to respond to these reports.
